Siobhan & Chris said ‘I do’ at the beautiful Grade two listed Great Fosters in Egham, Surrey earlier this year. January, being right in the middle of winter, is traditionally a quiet month for weddings. We had our fingers crossed for snow (it arrived four days later!) but instead had an unseasonably warm day with the occasional glimmer of winter sun! Thankfully the forecast rain held off until the last group photo had been taken mid-afternoon.
This was a wonderfully fun wedding to shoot, here are just a few of our favourite photos!
Siobhan & her bridesmaids got ready in a suite at the De Vere Hotel in nearby Windsor.
Siobhan & Chris’ two-year-old daughter was their flower girl. Her shoes ready next to Mummy’s!
Chris sent Siobhan a very special present for their wedding day – a Mulberry bag she had been dreaming of for years!
Chris got ready with his groomsmen at Great Fosters.
Great Fosters is a Grade One listed building set in stunning gardens and parkland in Egham, Surrey – the perfect backdrop for Bride & Groom photos! Despite it being January & only a few degrees in temperate both Siobhan & Chris were determined to make the most of the outside areas,
The bridal bouquets & all the floral decorations were done by House of Flowers. They truly were beautiful & provided a lovely splash of colour on on a slightly dull winters day.
The Wedding Breakfast & evening reception was in the imposing Tithe Barn.
Siobhan & Chris’ classic styled wedding cake was made by Cakes by Caroline.
All good parties end with dancing!
Thank you Siobhan & Chris for allowing us to be a part of your special day!
